The duplex penthouse at Lumina in San Francisco is marked down for $49 million.

The property is a 13,800 square foot duplex penthouse on the 41st and 42nd stories of the new Lumina building at 201 Folsom Street.

As per the posting, there are five rooms, five “diverting rooms,” six bathrooms, two half bathrooms, an exercise center/back rub room, and family relax. The windows are 20-foot high “shining dividers of glass” that offer 360-degree sees and there are eight select utilization open air spaces including a private roof patio.

An offer of this unit could be the most costly townhouse bargain ever, reported The Real Deal.

Business Insider noticed that properties inside the Lumina start at $2 million and won’t be prepared until not long from now, and the duplex penthouse won’t be livable until summer of 2016.
