Rafael Correa Criticized The CIA Support To Colombia To End The FARC

Different reactions caused an investigation of The Washington Post to the effect that the United States and Colombia implemented a secret program that allowed killing dozens of leaders of the FARC guerrillas.

The program, authorized by U.S. President George W. Bush in 2000 and extended by the current President Barack Obama, including the use of smart bombs guided by GPS systems.
