Porsche Sued By The Paul Walker

The widow Roger W. Rhodes, who was driving the car where the actor died, launched a lawsuit against Porsche.

The widow of the man driving a sports car Porsche and that crashed and killed the actor Paul Walker, filed a lawsuit Monday against the vehicle manufacturer, arguing that there were design flaws that killed the two men in a terrible accident in November.

The civil lawsuit filed by Kristine M. Rhodes indicated that her husband was driving at 88 miles per hour (which is not a dangerous speed as identified by police investigators) before it crashed last year.
