Apple introduced its CarPlay motor platform, which seek to bring the experience of iOS vehicles from this year.
The technology originated in Cupertino, California, states on its website that the platform will be available starting this year in some vehicle models of Ferrari, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo brands, and work with models iPhone 5, 5C and 5S.
CarPlay will answer calls, use maps, manage music, send and receive messages as well as other applications through an interface with simplified controls or by personal attendance of iOS, Siri.
According to the company founded by Steve Jobs, CarPlay is the smart and safe way to use iPhone in the car, using the screen that includes the vehicle as if the same device as the pilot is focused on the road.
Apple anticipates that in the future the platform will also be available in models from BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Kia, Land Rover, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Subaru, Suzuki and Toyota automotive.
